JAKARTA, TUESDAY— 40 scholarships are provided for the future teachers who are studying in Putera Sampoerna School of Education, which is located in Sampoerna Strategic Square building, Jakarta.

The Putera Sampoerna School of Education scholarship program consist of registration fee, tuition fee, pocket money, books and literature cost, thus internet search / research cost.
Ron Perkinson, the President of Sampoerna Foundation, in Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/3), said that the scholarship program is expected to be able to create equal chance for Indonesian youth in getting a qualified education.


Putera Sampoerna School of Education takes 80 students every year, and 40 of them are those who get the scholarships in English Language and Mathematic majors.
Putera Sampoerna School of Education opens for new students’ registration for the first time in 2009/2010 academic year. The class will start in the next September.
The students who want to get scholarship for the study may take the registration form starts from March 16, 2009. These future teachers must get through several tests, starts from documents selection, academy potential test, up to interview. The announcement of the scholarship will be on July 29, 2009.
